DESCRIPTION

MIZU means water. The Mizu Team Building Challenge is an unique teambuilding program that is conducted on water.  Water is the basic element to foster teamwork. During the challenge, the team needs to be overcome the water around them and to fulfill the task assign. This requires every team members to put in extra commitment to stay united in the water which is much more challenging compare staying on land. The Learning Objective: Team Engaging and Bonding, Team Work and Cooperation, Believe and Trust, Leadership.

At 8.30am, assembly at Kong kong Jetty terminal and meet our friendly Instructors. After the attendant taking, aboard the boat and ferry to the base camp which is about 10 min. ride. Enjoy the breeze and the scene along the way. On arrival, assemble at the activity deck for a short orientation, Change, Safety brefing and start off with the Mizu Jump Challenge, this is to boost the confident of the team in the water. Get to your best and beautiful jump you can. Next, the Mizu Ball Challenge, two team will be battle to score as many ball as possible, it is an activities that require team coordination, Planning and trust. It is time for lunch, take a quick wash up and assemble for the lunch ready for you and a short rest before we continue the next challenge. Mizu Tug-of-War, Team putting on the floating chain to battle each other by "pulling" each team to their base and require full team support and good team work to win the battle. Next, continue to the final Mizu Indiana Jone Challenge.  The obective of the two team is to cross the broken bridge to the oppsite side of the deck at the same time. This requires Planning, problem solving and leadership. Team to wash-up, change, gather for the debrief and Tea-break before bid good-bye to the camp and ferry back to the Kong Kong jetty terminal for home sweet home.
